Voice Message

Auto Voice SMS/Voice Call Complete (VCC) allows calling party to record a message against called party when the called party is unavailable (busy/switched-off/Not reachable). Called party is informed about this voice message through SMS. He can then retrieve the message using IVR code for retrieval.
