guidelines and procedures for returning, refunding, and cancelling services
provided by mCarbon Tech Innovation Private Limited.
Return
Policy:
As a CPaaS provider, we do not accept returns of services
once they have been delivered or activated and/or consumed. Our services are
intangible and provided in real-time, making it impractical for returns.
Refund
Policy:
2.1 Service Quality: If you experience any
service quality issues or disruptions, we will make reasonable efforts to
resolve the problem promptly. However, we do not offer refunds for service
interruptions or temporary disruptions caused by factors beyond our control,
such as internet outages or third-party service provider failures.
2.2 Billing Errors: If you notice any billing
errors or discrepancies on your invoice, please contact our customer support
team within 7 days of receiving the invoice. We will investigate the issue and,
if necessary, rectify any billing errors by issuing a refund or credit to your
account.
2.3 Unauthorized Usage: If you believe that
unauthorized usage of our CPaaS platform has occurred or if you suspect
fraudulent activity on your account, please contact our customer support
immediately. We will investigate the matter and, if confirmed, take appropriate
measures to resolve the issue and refund any unauthorized charges.
Cancellation
Policy:
3.1 Subscription Services: If you wish to
cancel your subscription to our CPaaS services, please follow the cancellation
process as outlined in our terms of service or contact our customer support
team. Depending on the terms of your subscription, cancellation may take effect
at the end of the current billing cycle or as specified in your agreement.
3.2 Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for
a specific duration of CPaaS services and decide to cancel before the prepaid
period expires, no refund shall be issued.
Exceptions:
Please note that certain services or promotions may have
specific return, refund, or cancellation policies that supersede or modify the
general policies outlined in this document. In such cases, the specific
policies will be clearly communicated to you at the time of purchase or during
the promotion.
