Sales Manager Job Details

Join us on-site as a Sales Manager focused on driving growth in our Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) business. You will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients, managing deal flow through the pipeline, and consistently hitting revenue targets. The current opening is for both Delhi NCR and Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue generation by selling CPaaS solution to enterprises and mid-market clients.
  2. Winning new logos on regular basis.
  3. Negotiations at various levels at prospective clients end and deal structuring and closing.
  4. Building and managing sales pipeline,
  5. Increase business with the clients with focus on both top-line and bottom-line growth
  6. Individual contributor with ability to build and mentor own team in due course.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience, part of which last 2 years should be in CPaaS. Candidates with higher relevant experience shall be considered for a suitable Senior Position. 
  2. Skilled in selling CPaaS solution to enterprises and mid-market sales.
  3. Track record of winning and closing deals. Winning any bank deal in the past would be an added advantage.
  4. Revenue Focus, ability to drive revenue targets.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Understanding of current and emerging CPaaS market dynamics and industry trends
  1. Good understanding of competition and their product and service offerings and pricing
  2. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to prepare product ppt, proposals, solution document etc.
  3. Managing strategic Enterprise Accounts acquired by self.

 Education:

Preferably MBA from a renowned institute.
